My youngest son and I went to Friendly Pets in Exeter on Christmas Eve 2024. My son had been wanting a bunny for a while, and Friendly Pets had a 2 1/2-month old all white male bunny that was perfect! We've had bunnies before, but it had been many years, so we asked the attendant, Avery, if there was anything we needed to be updated on (there was plenty). Avery was a HUGE wealth of information and helped us immensely -- I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful he was. I would HIGHLY recommend Friendly Pets for pets and pet needs!

Great selection of critters, birds and wet pets all at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of fresh baked and even frozen dog treats.

Employees are awesome here! I was looking at all the hamsters & one of the women there was such a great help. Wish I could remember her name. Unfortunately I didn’t find what I was looking for but I’ll be back. I wanted a female longhaired Teddy but the only one they had was sold. Maybe next time they’ll have more 🙏🏻😊Animals look well cared for, place was clean. Definitely take a look!

I bought Ham, a green cheek conure, from friendly pets. We absolutely love him! He’s such a sweet guy and I’m starting to train him. Very happy with his health and overall disposition.

Recently change the main event in my large fish tank from Mollies to Angel Fish. Andrew was a wealth of knowledge and an pleasure to work with during the transition. Thank you much to the entire team. Fish are healthy and thriving.

Nice store, staff friendly. If your pet doesnt like something you purchased the will take it back and give you credit to purchase something else.

Boarded my Caique with Friendly Pets, Exeter for 9 days. Their prices were great, store so clean and well kept, and staff, above and beyond! They took such amazing care of our baby. Highly recommend to all for all you feathered, furry, scaly, friends! Will definitely be back! And we were able to pick up some amazing dog cookies for our furry friend. Love this place!

I have done all of my pet shopping at friendly pets for the last 5 years while I have lived in Exeter. This store is wonderful. The staff have been enthusiastic and helpful across the board for all of our needs, and always want to check in on our little pets. The Small animal team is incredibly helpful in our Rat keeping as they have a wealth of info. The rats I have acquired here are also incredibly friendly and were well raised. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs something for their pets.

As a first time shopper, I had a great experience at Friendly Pets. They have a wide variety of products, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. You can really tell they take good care of their animals, which made me feel comfortable shopping there. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely go back. 🐾
